Hi all, I recently applied for my PR and PGWP. My PR is in process but my PGWP got refused. As an Irish passport holder do I require a TRV? or am I exempt from this? I'm not sure what the process is? Please advise

hi all, Has anybody been refused PR after submitting a RCMP clearance letter? They requested it and I submitted it showing no criminal record. I’m trying to understand if I’m on my way to PPR.

I believe it takes 3-4 business days to process. They told me 7 business days in total until I receive it . I received mine in exactly 7 business days .

Jes I'm not sure that's true regarding that they only ask for RCMP clearance if your name matches with someone who has a criminal record. Me and my friend got requested and our first names and surnames are pretty unique to be honest with 0 criminal history.

In my case they asked for RCMP on the same day I passed my Medical.

The day they passed my medical was the same day they asked for finger prints.

I got asked for fingers prints after my medical passed. It takes about a week to get the letter. Some people they ask some people they don't.

hi all, I submitted my CEC inland profile about one week ago. They’ve requested for a Canadian police very. What stage of my application am I at for them to be requesting this? Does this mean they’ve reviewed the rest of my profile and a Canadian cert is what’s remaining? Thanks
