    Mississauga is very slow, Scarborough is very fast .My file transferred to Mississauga , in same time if it was Scarborough I had test but now nothing happen.

    Then The RQ could be issue either on the Sydney or local office. It means that many gates are available, have you seen any case that local office issue the RQ recently.

    I think most of Mississauga application will get the RQ as I could see in the charts, I do not know anybody from Mississauga got the test letter at this time, is there ?

    Jmak, I do not know about Montreal but the RQ makes delay , hopefully it will be fast in Montreal.
