Seems like there's a few of us who sent end of April and haven't heard anything (No AOR, emails, EcAs updates) has anyone actually had any luck when calling? So far they've said they can't update us when we call (it was the 5th time I called today in total) SOOOOO FRUSTRATING

Yes I sent it 29th April, it was received 30th - I've Not had AOR or even an email? Everytime I talk to them they say they don't do updates for files that's haven't been processed??
