Hi I sent my file to nova scotia on 22 dec 2011 and my credit card was charged on feb 5. I am not sure what happens next- aonedoc

I got AINP nominaton in September 2011 and I have sent my documents to cic in Nova scotia on Dec. 23rd 2011. My bank statements shows cic payment in February 1st week. 2012. What happens next.
