is your effective date including year month and date? on the card it had a weird 06 im not sure if that's anything useful, but my date only contains year and month, its from 2008 i suspect the same :( damn

i have a silly question: is it ok that i hand write some minor adjustments by hand for the forms that are validated? for example national ID does not have expiry date, so i hand wrote N/A the form does not take cellphone number properly so i hand wrote the number would they consider this...
