I got refusal today at 6:10 am IST. Applied on 21st November for January intake under SDS (online). The reaosn for refusal is - I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Nops ! Many people are getting visa,who applied for jan intake but few less fortunate people like us are still waiting after so long . God knows what's gonna happen.

But if you are applying from India then there is no need to give biometrics but if they are asking for it then you should give your biometrics as per their directions. And when did you applied and for which intake ?

Yes same this side. I applied under SDS category on 21st November for Jan intake and the visa file is still under process after 60 days.Don't know why it is taking so long, people who applied in December for may intake are getting their visa but we are still waiting.

Don't know why so much delay is being caused. We can't do much and just wait.Please post here when you get any information regarding your visa. Best of luck to you

I applied on 21st November and still waiting for the final decision. I dont know why it is taking so long and the website shows the processing time is 4 weeks,this information was updated on the website on 8th January. Everyone wishes to study abroad for a bright future but now i am thinking...

Same here I will defer my course too. We both are in same course and my visa is also pending. I applied on 21st November . I made an inquiry also but no reply yet. We can just wait now.

I can understand your situation but we can't do much and just wait . The webform was filled by me on 27th December and as you said they take 28 working days to reply So I'm waiting. Truly speaking i dont think this webform will be taken seriously by the embassy .Rest hope for the best.

Mine was SDS , I applied from India and the webform thing is already done . Ya i am thinking to defer but will do it after 14th January. Can you please clarify that refund procedure. I really dont knw abt it and thanks for your reply.
