I’m confused, but I thought they send you the AOR when the open your package ? Or they send it after they check your package?

Can someone please help me!!! When I printed my forms the barcode didn’t had a signature place to sign it. But I’m seeing it on other post that it has to be signed. Now I’m confused. Did I have the old forms completed or what ? My application was send mid dec 2018

My application got delivered on dec 14, 2018. I’m sponsoring my spouse from Kabul, Afghanistan. Anyone else is sponsoring their spouse from Kabul, Afghanistan? If yes please let me know so we can help each other if help needed.
