Ash, I'm beginning to think the numbers refer to visa offices not visa officers. Usually document requests come from DB0024, medical requests from MM01603 and PPR from DS01608. I think these are the offices in charge of FSW applications. This is my speculation though. I may be wrong. Moreover...
