I had the same problem, you can change it within ECAS, after i changed my address nothing was changed immediately. It took 17 days for ecas to reflect the correct address. Don't waste your time with call center, they always say it takes 14 days to 90 days.

my ecas shows a wrong address(unit number), i think whoever entered my information in,messed it up for me.. i used the online tool to update my address 5 days ago but Ecas still shows the wrong address..i cover one hole another hole pops up somewhere else.
