but I think thats useless, its not our fault if the police record expires in 3 months and CIC's part 1 takes 90 days to complete is it?? I have heard from somewhere that they check the police record if you have nothing they may not ask you to send it again, because I have heard that they too...

did you actually go to their office????? or did you call them??? is there a number to reach them at directing rather than calling the 1-888 number for cic?????

have you all also noticed that they dont update their system weekly??? is there any other way other than cic website to check the exact date they are at???? as well the "by country" step 2 says that they update quarterly, and the last update was January 23, 2012, in my definitions quarterly...
