There's no need to indicate that you applied for FSW in 2014, since the application was not even treated. Apparently, you dont even seem to have any record with them so, just don't indicate that you applied and 100points wont be deducted.

Raj19.....log in to your mpnp account and change the answer you gave for that fsw to NO. Since a decision has been reached and you were rejected, its no longer an active application and so your answer should have been a NO. Change the answer and get your 100points back
