I got the second line on 08.08.2015, processing started date before PER date. ECAS is showing 2 lines.

Did you get the second line? What is your ECAS "In process" or "Decision Made"? If you didn't receive medical request and showed Decision Made, it is negative.

This is not an error. Second line before the PER date reflects the CIC preliminary assessment date which I got on my GCMS notes. I have seen some applicants of other countries who got the second line before the PER date recently got MR. Let's see what is waiting for us. We would get some idea if...

This is also my concern. The applicants who got second line before today, their second lines showed processing started date before PER date but today's updates are after PER date. Very much confused.

In the 9 lines cases, processing started after all the formalities like additional docs, site visit etc. But in our cases, this is the preliminary date. That is the difference.

I think second line in the new format does not mean that the Visa Officer is satisfied with the documents. The visa office is also sending additional documents request before or after the new format of second line. Those who have reported about the new format of second line had gone through...

Which additional docs request did you receive? When do you have to submit those docs? What about the date for processing started before or after the PER date?
