Okay. Thanks again roxanne. Here in Singapore they require only the photocopy of the passport. They will ask only for the actual passport once they have approved the owp. The problem is they want a copy of all pages of the passport including the old ones. That is quite a lo of photocopied pages...

okay, thanks a lot @tutut :) I am just curious and want to have an idea on the actual timeline for OWP application here in SG. I am still waiting for my AOR from CIO-NS for my PR application though, hopefully everything is okay and once I get it, I will file my application for OWP.

Hello @tutut, I submitted my application to CIO-NS last 02-Nov-2012 but unfortunately it was returned last 23-Nov-2012 they said that it is incomplete so I submitted another application last 08-Feb-2013 and they have received it last 13-Feb-2013 hopefully it wont be returned anymore :)...

got my application package today, after almost 3 months :( the reason it was deemed incomplete is because I am not able to attach a copy of my IELTS result :(

yes please do. I sincerely hope though that in your case it is just delayed and not deemed incomplete. It is quite a hassle when you have to resubmit your application again :-(
