Yes, getting the third line means you are positively done with the medical examinations. Chances of interview are very bleak. So, enjoy and wait for the DM or Passport Request. Regards, DSP

Hi, which email ID you sent to (I mean did you raise a CSE or send it to the email ID that you receive in Medical request). Did your third line got updated. You get DM/PPR only after the third line update (Your Medicals have been received). Please reply. Regards, DSP
