If you can see your application in ECAS, then you should have received AOR already. Check your spam or junk mail. Call CIC and find out if they sent AOR already.

You should get AOR today or tomorrow based on others posts and my timeline. My application was received by them on July 11 and got AOR on sept 5. Was your application returned due to incomplete information or missing forms or rejected?
