Thanks Raj, It gave me relief as I read on other thread that application was rejected as somebody not submitted PCC with all address where he lived and only current address mentioned ??

Hi frnds , May I request for the matter which we need to write in simple plain paper for gift Deed? As suggested by Asivad in above threads, we can get this matter printed on plain A4 paper and get the sign from person who is giving money and one witness. Looking for quick help please ....
