Quick question guys... My wife's file went in process on sept 18th and she got a call on oct 10th from NDVO to submit her passport. we shipped the passport on the same day. On oct 10th, i got my GCMS notes as well saying that interview waiver has been put thru and the relationship is genuine...

I already sent pp yesterday with cover letter and received notes 8 hours after.

Notes helped, it mentioned that interview has been waived and relationship is genuine and VO is satisfied. There is also a due date of Oct 18 2013 mentioned in notes. i believe that it is the date for DM? it is exactly 1 month from file being in process. is it true?

Nope I didnt get PPR request before this call. Got my GCMS notes today and it says that PPR was made on July 11.

For Sure Myrah7.. will let you guys know.. I am in India right now, came to visit and spent some time with my wife. I went to NDVO 2 days ago and they were very disrespectful, even to the citizens of Canada. I felt why do I pay tax to Govt to get my self treated like this... I got one info out...

My timeline looks like this: File submitted: 26 Feb 2013 Application sent to NDVO: 26 Mar 2013 In Process Status change: 18 Sept 2013 Call received for Passport submission: 10 Oct 2013 Visa received: Hopefully in a month :)

Today My wife got a call from NDVO... and they asked her to send her passport to Embassy. My wife also asked them to see if she will need to come to Delhi aytime in future for interview, and they said NO. just send the passports... Feels good that now 9 month wait is almost ending.... :)

Lets hope that becomes true. it will be much easier...

Can you please guide me for the MP process? With regards to GCMS notes, I have applied as myself requesting notes. The consent form was optional. Is it okay if I am requesting my own information and do not send the consent form? or should i request notes again with the form signed... please...

After 6 months, my ECAS changed from "Application Received" to "In Process" Any idea how long will it take now for PPR and further process? Also, i would like to add my timeline: Application filed: Feb 26, 2013 File Transferred: March 26, 2013 In Process: Sept 18, 2013 PPR request: Not yet...

Thanks Myrah7, I have ordered the notes... curious now, how long does it normally take to process this request? I am in India right now and was thinking to get as much as done while i am here, even if its a trip to Delhi...
