Hi, I got conditional LOA in July, I applied in Systems and computer department.

I got conditional admit from Carleton University, have submitted required documents and waiting for unconditional admit. does anyone know how much time ECE department takes to issue unconditional offer letter?

final dates should be mentioned on your offer letter or you should ask your university for fees deadlines

its also called T/T remittance go to the bank in which you have account, tell them you need to transfer funds to canada, they will give you a form to fill..

which college? i think you need to first register and then you can pay fee. you can pay 1st sem fee before your course starting date..

you should call them.. if you are admitted it will take a month for you to get unconditional offer letter.. i have also applied in meng computer engineering..

can anyone please tell how much time does Carleton University takes to give you unconditional offer letter? I have contacted university but they said they will review all the documents and email me when its done. I am feeling worried now as its already more then 3 weeks now.

i would suggest you to go for GIC if its available for your country.. also paying one year/semester fee before applying for visa helps..
