I've read the petition at the start of this thread and for me, it makes sense. my concern (at this stage) is knowing if my application was received by the processing section of CIC.. so for me, having an acknowledgment letter/notification of receipt of my application will matter a lot. A least...

Hi wolverine, I think in ur case Kung single Ka pa until the time na nagka decision sa previous application mo, ok Lang un Kung 'single' status ang dineclare mo... Kasi nabuntis and nagka anak nmn gf mo after your visa was issued na. Unless nagsasama na kayo ng gf mo previously, kahit Hindi...

I don't think it's required for spousal applications, though it can be a supporting document. From what I've read, it is mandatory for common law or conjugal

Hi mumay, No haven't received any... :( Sunshine is right, we'll never know until they open our applications and start processing.. And that sucks! Wish they'd send acknowledgment letters for all applications and within a reasonable time.. Guess we just need to wait... :-X

hi rhenanjay, not sure kung pina-express ni hubby basta pinadala namin march 28 tapos ntanggap sa PO address march 30.. I guess sa courier address pinapadala nun iba kc may feeling na mas secured na sa office mismo mtatanggap application at hindi sa PO box lang
