Could someone, who has received back the passport for PGP2016, tell me as to how long is the validity of immigration visa provided by the CIC to PGP approved candidates? Is it 6 months/1 yr before which the parents have to complete the landing?

Strange because me and some others were confirmed that they received the package from UCI search and also confirmed the date that matched with CanadaPost delivery

One can call their helpdesk and quote sponsors UCI to verify that the application packet has been received by CIC,

Put up an approximate date.. it should not be a concern, esp if the person concerned has expired. This is what helpdesk told me too

In my opionion, for PGP ecas is more reliable as the emails came in bulk at one stage of time while ecas got updated based on the days after applications were filed. Keep checking ecas everyday around 8 am and you will get it updated before u get the email. The email may come together with...
