Actually i applied through a immigration lawyer and the LA consulate called my lawyer . I also tried to contact them through email but no use.

I called the bank ccare and they told me that its not cashed out. Then i went to bank's branch and they asked me about the receipt and then checked in there system and told me that it is not encashed. You can do the same. maybe this link may help...

Update: Till today 9th July 2013 the cashier's check is not cashed so i think they have not started processing my file @molotoff1984 : Is your money order or cashier's check cashed out or not ?
