No worries, I am the same timeline I have applied for an enquiry from the CIC website because the application has exceed the normal processing time and I am waiting to the response ( hope they reply) We have nothing to do just wait :(

You can apply for the electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officer(s) for the permanent residence file From CIC website and it is free for who are inland applicant and it costs $5 for who are from outside Canada

Why you did not try to call CIC? So you can know when you should expect a response????

Today it is October 8, and it is long weekend so you can expect their answer after that and also you can call them by Tuesday Good luck and I am sure you will hear good news soon :)

It depends when exactly you have applied so count with the day not only the month
