    I went to CBSA branch here in St John's and they told me they have only access to my entries and NOT my departures. I doubt the FOSS gets the departure part.

    thanks for the info. CBSA report took 41 days until I received it and was accurate. All entries were correct and they specify the Airport at which you arrived to of each trip. (Calgary, Toronto Vancouver etc.)

    Yes exactly this happened to me at Calgary airport. I noticed they are all like that which is weird. I never travelled through land borders. It had always been through Calgary airport. But my question is: do CIC understand that this is common through airports as well or not?

    it looks that CIC offices in Ontario are moving very fast whereas other CIC offices around the country especially Manitoba, Saskatchewan and the Atlantic provinces such as Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick are stagnant. It is unfair >:( >:(

    I totally agree with Ramfe. I personally got the following and recommend everyone to do the same. CBSA report + Exit and entry history from my home country stamped by the Canadian embassy in my home country and the minister of exterior, also translated here in Canada by a certified translator...

    I STRONGLY recommend you bring with you the CBSA Report stating clearly the dates at which you entered Canada, your translated stamps and your notice of assessments. Those three are the most important of all the documents that you mentioned. thanks and good luck

    Did the interviewer check the stamps on your passport? did you have al stamps translated? was there any stamp missing? sometimes the officer forget to stamp the passport on arrival. would you please provide me with some details. thanks,

    why didn't you show her the stamps on your passport. Sometimes , the officer at the airport do not stamp the passport which is a major mistake. I recommend you apply for CBP immediately. thanks
