My CRS is 434, NOC 2171 , profile created 19th Mar 2018 still I did not receive any NOI for OINP, I dont know why :( ...anyone has any idea?

Usually every 2 weeks, but last draw on 14 march was after 3 weeks.

Thanks Sandy for your reply. Just one more thing, when I withdraw my application do they ask for particular reason why am I withdrawing my application? Also when I reapply for application on same profile will they ask if I have created application before? sorry for stupid question..
