I have similar case. Medical passed on May 14 after NDVO requested few more tests for my father. All communication regarding medical was done by NDVO. No update since medical passed. Not sure if NDVO or CPC-M is processing my case.

I received a response 3 weeks back that only Delhi office is working. CHandigarh and Bangalore are closed. Delhi too have limited staff. I believe they might be processing student visa files (if they are accepting new students this year). I believe we would witness some delay - 2-3 months...

I got the same response that this is bug in their system. Waiting for passport request.

Better send when they asked for it. Because you would have to send again once they ask

Hello @robertp @@YULIA-2016. Update for Line 421. My Sponsorship application has been approved. My file has been transferred to CPC Missisauga. Not sure why as parents address is in India. But I believe it is good for me as processing would be faster as compared with NDVO
