Does the visa office enquiry to the respective workplace of the applicant? Who has got MR and BGIP complete, could you please confirm whether the VO called in your workplace?

One of my friend from Bangladesh faced the interview some months ago. They were asked the same question to her and her husband but in the separate room. They were checking whether they were telling the same world or not. And the next day after the interview they got PPR.
