Hi Seniors, My friend is applying for PR and need clarification on POF. Funds are present in her mom's account as fixed deposit. Can she use them as POF given her mom writes a gift deed stating that it's a gift and she doesn't have to return them?

yeah, it's perfectly fine as long as you do landing before your visa expires... all you need is COPR papers, passport, offer letter(maybe), pay stubs, POF, photos. I don't think u need all of them if you are CEC or PNP... but to be on safe side I would recommend above docs...
