Dear Petesilvo , Pls specify which visa office did u specify ? if Passport was submitted in Abu-Dhabi visa office it will be out within 3 working days maximum . We have got within one week . May be u must have specified wrong delivery address , u can try to track by awb number and see .

U need to specify address from where u can collect Courier or mail faster . preferably your current residential address . If your current residence in Dubai for example you have to self addressed envelop in Arabic ( u can use google converter )
