@ avneet and pooja... do not worry yet.. you guys got interview early.. go through your application and consult a lawyer if possible.. prepare possible questions.. you will have an interview scheduled within 45 days by what i have seen previously.. aafter that everything will go superfast...

i am shocked beyond words.. but just kan_sriI there are a few things i would suggest.. send those damn fotos immediately... make sure your representative or his office sends you an e mail explaining this entire debacle immediately(or else threaten to sue them). send a cover letter yourself...

i know i should not be passing judgement, but if you look through the forum you will see couples staying apart for 9-10 months to get the PR approved. you have basically got it in the bag, with the interview already coming through. if you decide to give it up now, and apply all over again ...

hey avneet, have you called and inquired why your meds have not been updated yet. the meds are usually updated by cic canada. so i suggest you give them a call and ask why. this might be causing a bit of delay for your application. please keep us updated, sammy
