    Love-Buf-Wings, My file was transferred on March 24, and the CIC website said they received it on April 7, so about 2 weeks. According to member Quakingaspen this can be considered the AOR (your husbands file # should arrive by either mail or e-mail). Hope this helps. BTW, I love Buffalo Wings...

    That's good to know Quakingaspen. It seemed like the E-cas confirmation would count as my AOR. I'll just wait to see if they mail or e-mail my file #. I'm hoping this new computer system speeds things along.
