Your wife does not have to assign a representative, however if she needs one she can assign either you or a lawyer as her representative.

Our's says Decision made too under Sponsor's application and we never got SA email nor Medical request. When I called them they confirmed I'm approved as a sponsor. So, I think in your case there nothing to worry about.

I would suggest to hide the applicant's name, unless it's a fake name ;)

I just filed in May, still waiting for AOR. But the answer to your question regarding UCI is definite 'yes' ;)

My situation is exactly like yours and I used her existing UCI

None of May applicants still have got AOR. Things are going way too slow for them.

Question to anyone who can reply. We submitted our sponsorship application in May, I have been knowing my current wife for about a year now and we married in February 2018. What do you think our chances are to get approved for visa?

You can check ECAS, there is date of receipt there

Hi Libu, since I had no tracking of delivery of my application let's put average estimate delivery days according to Canada Post info. If appl has been sent on April 8 then let delivery date be April 12. If that works. Mucho gracias :)

I made same mistake, sent my appl on April 8th and still don't know anything. Hope our packages were delivered at least.

Don't worry, you are even in better situation than me. I don't even know if my package has been delivered. :D
