    so the Country where affidavit it gets made doesn't matter? just confirming as one of immigration consultant my dad inquired from suggested we get it made from india only. But for that my mom needs to go to india to get it made which is hassle. I am just afraid they don't see it as a problem

    Thank you so much for your help. so if i am understanding it right......you have to stay in Canada for 183 days for at least 4 yrs. if there is one year where i stayed for 120 days only those days would count only towards the 1460 days. i am asking because i have a friend who got PR in april...
