Hi I guess you can leave it unchanged. If you get ppr during ur stay in Canada you can submit passport along with return envelope to ur Canadian address.

Having kids after submission of application is not counted. At the time of application, if married for 2 years or less and no kids together then it's conditional.

It will be mentioned in notes under Eligibility Assessment.
