For Application fee(550 CAD per person) you can get the DD from SCB or any other banks like Prime bank, Islami bank etc. For RPRF fee(490 CAD per person) only the DD from SCB is accepted. SCB is not likely to issue a DD on SUNDAY for this purpose.

It will be in CAD in favor of "RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" . Just go to SCB gulshan branch with the required documents and tell them that you want to pay RPRF fee. They will guide with the rest of the things. Try to go early morning since it will require around 2 hours.
