creating a account and linking the application two different things.

did u already create the account?

if you filed through a lawyer then your lawyer should have gc key account for your file.

make sure first name last name and place of birth is correct.

even if it is paper based you can create gc key account. i did mine right after AOR.

hey guys don't be confused...even if you are inland applicant you can recieve a corp if cic asked you to submit your passport then later you can make appointment and complete your landing. on the other hand, if cic contact you directly (without asking for passport)for landing interview that is...

i usually call them in evening time and get connected...if u r in toronto call around 6 in the evening or early morning around 8.30....try 3 4 times regularly u will get connected.hope this helps
