Same here process bar shows 78 but still application received on ecas

I checked my ecas. Medical received on 9 jan. There is no line like we start processing your application

My GCMS note shows exactly same things but no aor 2 since file transferred to NDVO in Jan 2020

What is AOR 2 means? I already got first AOR. I finished my medical and biometric in Dec 2019. File transferred to NDVO in Jan 2020. After that no update. Should I contact them for my AOR 2..?

I got AOR on 4nov still waiting for biometric and medical

My application received on 02 October And got AOR on 05 November then after no update from cic. I am not able to link my wife application on cic account. Why ? I don't have rep and I filled out all correct information. I tried even 2 as a family members in last column still . Please help
