My status was exact same as yours..as per my call to IRCC on Jan 6, 2020. My AOR is sep 3. According to me, once we call them we should at least wait for a month to call them back instead of calling them every other week. I will give them a call again in first week of Feb.

All of sudden My Profile % bar is visible again.

Hey guys, as per my call on Jan 6 to IRCC eligibility and background was not started. Only criminality was passed. at the end of the month, I will give them a call and keep you guys posted.

Keep trying. What I do is, I will keep calling them and after approx 7-8 time they will give me the call back option.
