yeah cussey is right! Canada does not cares about ab GCE education. I have seen it too! They dont even recognise it in some universities. So its better to avoid any bumps. Take the IELTS exam in PK and then look for Canada.

If you really get that chance to get into Western .. then thats a great idea. Western University is a great university and Concordia is good too. It all depends on what you want. As you know the Quebec factor requires CAQ and French. So in the end.. it depends where exactly you want to live :)

Well... i might prefer Australia. NZ is a good country but its quiet. If you love those empty nights and quiet days.. sure NZ is the place. even Australia has some quiet places but in general Australia is better than NZ for a student. You have some community and stuff to look for there.
