In the document checklist, they specifically say copies of T4, Copies of Work permit etc but not for Employer reference letters. This is what confused me

I sent a scanned color copy of my employer reference letter with my aplication. The document checklist is not clear whether it should be a copy or original? Will my application be returned ?

Is it necessary to have company's official seal on Reference letter from supervisor. Will the application be returned if the seal is missing?
