one factor is very important to know in guessing or waiting MR!!! last years the global time for PNP stream is around about 11 months as per CIC website but now in this years after March 2016 they changed this time from 11 months to 15 months! so, please planning within the margin of 15 months.

very strange progress is going in CIC for paper based applicant. i am waiting a medical request for last 9 months but yet i have not got any response from them! it looks as if all work has been stopped there! may be vacations are going there!

Hi I am 2nd September, 2015 applicant ...PNP paper based and still waiting medical request?????? No idea how long to wait more although 12 th month is being gone...... Well only a hope!!!
