LOL.. If that is your theory I think you are wrong :P I know it is hard, I have been there. But try to keep in mind there are also 16 people who applied before you still waiting as well. One of them applied last August and has been waiting over a year! So know you are not alone :)

The UCI number should have been listed on the letter approving sponsorship.

You are still significantly under the normal processing time so I would not worry. Also, ECAS is notorious for not being updated in a timely fashion, and sometimes not at all. Also, there are 3 other applications that went in process in June or July and have not had a decision made.

As rhcohen said it is just differences in mailing times. However, the COPR is not mailed from Canada. It is mailed from London, England.

That is usually your bring forward date, which is simply the date the computer system will notify them that your file is still outstanding. It is supposed to be insurance that no file slips through the cracks and is misplaced. That's what it is supposed to do, not necessarily what it does do lol...
