Hi! May I private message you or contact you somehow ? I'm having real difficulty with finding a way to put my app together and yours just looks amazing. Must all applicants and sponsors provide a copy of their passports AND birth certificates ? Much appreciated :)

My partner and I BOTH use aliases (eg: Sam instead of our native, chinese name which is usually hard to pronounce in English). Is this ok? ALL of our letters of support and what not we are known for our alias or "nick names". Only our legal documents have our legal names. Can this be explained...
