Yes, you will include a LOE and submit. Then when you receive it before they request it, then you submit it via CSE or if they have requested it they provide an upload button in your application. If they request it after your AOR, they give 60days from the day of request

25 points. Yes, it adds to your CRS score and if high enough can get you ITA. But note that certificate of qualification applies to skilled trade occupation and not skilled worker.

Thanks for sharing. Does it look like A.112 check was done before the ECA, IELTS , and PCC? Did they do any review of the SA's experience letters? Or did you not claim any work history for your spouse. Was there any review of POF yet?

But if you already have a ITA, does PNP expiration matter. I do not know though. But adding a LOE will work, with evidences of requests made for the PCCs and politely asking that you will upload as soon as you receive them.

You are correct, you need PCC from all those countries. The stay doesn't have to be in a row, as long as it's 6 months in total, you need PCC. I suggest you start the process for the other countries as soon as you can. Good luck!

Hey! Hopefully soon your friend will get AOR from Nova Scotia, then it takes a while to actually get the nomination. We sent our application in June 2015, received AOR in Feb 2016, then silence until May 2016 when they asked for additional documents, no nomination yet.
