Hi all, It has been 5 business days(I raised webform last saturday) to update my phone number. Can it take that long, any experience or should I call them?

I havent raised webform or ordered GCMS and no message since July13(MEP&BIL) so I want to assume everything passed except biometrics so I havent been asked to do anything :)
