Hello there, I'm also eligible for a two-week processing time but I have to give my biometrics first. Do you think this new processing time is applied everywhere? My biometrics are scheduled for Aug 1, 2018 and I really hope I'll get my visa by Aug 15.

I just received it yesterday (13 calendar days after submission)! My appointment is in 14 days which means my application will start being processed after two weeks. The whole process is sooo long!
