Yeah em really worried about it because I need to send it to us embassy now to get my immigrant visa and they have sent me a deadline aswell. That's why I really want it back now.. Just wondering if Canadian pr visa can cause any problem in US embassy since that one is pr visa aswell.. Green...

Hahha dude growup...let me tell you the form doesn't asks for permanent resident visas applied,it simply asks for visa denials where you were denier because of some other reasons rather then point based system which in reality is not a denial at all in terms of chc..I was in the same situation...

Are you nuts??? What exactly are you telling???? Listen chc has nothing to do with any other immigration applied what so ever..so you don't really need to tell them that your Australian immigration is cancelled what so ever.. And you are under no risk of any thing.. Believe me I know what I am...

Well on your designated bfd they will check your medicals and that everything until now is in order.then you security check will initiate which can take upto 5-6 months for you easily..so you can hope for your ppr in coming six months or so..you are lucky enough that they made a positive...

I think it will be useless for your future concerns. Since you say you have been working as software manager while you can't prove that unless you were developing some software's..if you were only just recording details and all that's actually of no use in your future studies as any one can do...

Well if I was you, I wouldn't have my hops up high.. Since your selection decision is 0 which means you haven't been selected yet..so according to Kenny you don't fall in the safe side, so I guess you might get a refund back, however on the bright side you never know... ;))
