Has anyone recently got their passports from Abu-dhabi visa office? what is the average time they take to return the passport? My passport was delivered to AUH on 1st Dec 2014, it is the 10th working day today. So I am kind of worried.

Relax you should be hearing from LVO soon. You should consider the fact that they are moving to a new office and thus there might be an additional delay.

Hello farsaad, I don't think there should be any problem in selecting wrong visa office, as I read a few posts there were few applicants who entered wrong visa office and yet got their application processed. I had sent my app in 2013 with wrong visa office as well and they corrected that for me...

I got passport request within 4 days after my medical, but again its completely dependent on the visa officer as well.

You cannot do Medicals unless you have received a medical request (form) from VO. As per the RPRF, I would suggest just wait until you finish your medicals and then you can pay it.

I sent my passport by aramex and it says - "Delivered - ss im". Not sure what "ss im" stands for? ???

May I know what are the working days for AUH VO? I read somewhere that they are working from Mon-thur (with Thursday being an half a day). Is this true? If they work 3.5 days in a week, then I believe it will take at least 3 weeks to get the passports.

Allahamdullilah... I got an email from VO and this appears to be PPR1 & PRR2 for me, as the vo has requested for additional updated chart and passport to be sent to Abu-dhabi visa office within 30 days and they mentioned this is the final stage of my processing. Kindly suggest if there is any...

Got an acknowledgement email from VO that they updated their system with my RPRF payment details and are waiting for my medicals. Medicals done on 24th, so hopefully next week they should be able to update the ECAS with my medicals.

I sent my RPRF receipt (pdf document) via email to the VO yesterday but I still have not received any confirmation or acknowledgement. Can I send an email again to the vo asking them to acknowledge my earlier email?
