Does it mean that CIC draw will never come down below 400 by sending ITA out to 12K+ range? every week 2000+ people are entering in pool on other side which makes worry who are in range 390-420/430.

General Opinion: We shall predict the future draws as well from today's draw. We understood the Number of Invitations decreased on July 12th ! If still The No of invitations decrease with the range 425-450, then we can say that CRS <=400 can expect invitation 2018 certainly and need to increase...
