I hope this is true because my medical center informed me that my medicals are fine and my ECAS is also updated with the third line :D

The third line update ie "Your medicals have been received" is categorized under Decision Made. Does it mean that they have made the decision for whom they have received the medicals ?

For applicants who sent PCC, for them the PCC is asked for any country/state in which they might have stayed other than their home country after they submitted the application. This is my assumption.

Check with the medical center that did your medicals. Ask whether they have sent your docs to NDVO or not. ECAS is not updated when u sent your medical receipts but when the medical center sends the reports. I sent my medical receipts and other docs today but my ECAS was updated last week. I did...

Hi Guys, Sent my MR receipt, DD and other supporting documents to NDVO today. My medicals have been received by NDVO as its showing in ECAS. Nothing more to do except to wait for PPR. Fingers crossed !!

Check the request letter they must have sent as attachment. In that they clearly mention what documents are required at this stage.

Got the answer. Just saw the third line updated on my ECAS and I haven't yet sent my RPRF and other docs ;D ;D

Guys, When is the third line updated in ECAS ? after the medical center sends the medical report or does it wait for the applicant also to send the RPRF fees and other documents?

Second case is highly unlikely because sent my pcc on 15th and got my MR on 26th sep. In the first case worst thing that can happen is that they will ask for original pcc again saying that they have not updated my file with the orginal pcc which will delay my application by 1 or 2 months. Also...
