same here. I now just sort of give up on checking my status regularly, so that I won't feel too depressed. :oops: I just think since I have => OWP Approved / Issued: October 8, 2019 (Expired 2021 October 7th) so, whatever... not gonna expected to get my case fully completed by end of 2020.

I am sure they would only give you the expiry date the same as your passport ones. I had that experience before.
